Wanted to Lease by USDA The US Department of Agriculture in Jennings, Louisiana is interested in leasing up to 5,625 rentable square feet of space and 30 parking spaces along with a 3,500 sq ft fenced, hard surface, and lighted parking compound with an 800 sq ft warehouse. The rentable square feet of space shall yield a minimum of 5,550 ANSI/BOMA to a maximum of 5,625 usable square feet of first class, high quality office space. To be considered, the office location must be within the boundaries as follows: North: Interstate 10 South - W Racca Road turning into Prairie 2-26-B Road East - Using the Evangeline 1-10 exit and drawing a line due south West - Using Touchet Rd. running North and South and extending it to meet the Northern and Southern markers. The lease term will be for a 10-year term and occupancy is required by February 1, 2017.
