Amendment to July 2016 Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) 6P1RW-16-FA-IA0089ZZ The General Services Administration (GSA) will consider additional sites for the development of a new Federal Courthouse in Des Moines, Iowa, which may be more advantageous to the Government than the sites currently under consideration. Accordingly, the REOI is hereby amended to state: The General Services Administration seeks sites for consideration within and beyond the Central Business District of Des Moines, Iowa. Additionally, GSA reserves the right to select the site(s) (including any site other than those offered in response to this amended REOI) that GSA believes is most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered, without regard to 41 USC 3101 et seq.
