Denver, Colorado Expressions of Interest Sought Requirement: The United States Government currently occupies warehouse and office space in a building under lease in Denver, Colorado that will be expiring. The Government seeks to lease approximately 6,250 contiguous rentable square feet of warehouse and office space. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 6,250 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF). The lease term requirement is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. The space must be available for occupancy by January 1, 2010. The delineated area is within an 8 mile radius of 16401 East Centretech Parkway in Aurora, Colorado. The initial tenant will be TRICARE Management Activity. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.
