Four small public plazas and various streetscapes: maintain plazas--trees, lawns and other plantings; two irrigation systems; hardscape and site furnishings; and lighting systems. Control litter and trash. Abate graffiti. Maintain streetscapes on equivalent of two CIty blocks (sidewalk and tree maintenance not required (coordination with City on its tree maintenance program requird). Perform ordinary repairs. Administer capital repairs by issuing bids and managing contracts.
