Front Street And Sansome Street Pavement Renovation and Sewer Replacement Scope of Work: located along Front Street, Sansome Street, Montgomery Street, and Trenton Street in District 3 of San Francisco, California and consists of paving, sewer and drainage, traffic control, and all related work. The time allowed for completion is 320 consecutive calendar days. The estimated construction cost is approximately $3,970,000. Bid discounts, including Pilot Neighborhood LBE Program discounts, may be applied as per Administrative Code Chapter 14B. LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 25%.
