San Francisco Community Land Trust (“SFCLT”) is seeking a general contractor for an exterior rehab project at a group housing residential building in San Francisco. This project is being funded with MOHCD through the Preservation and Seismic Safety Program (PASS) and other local funds.
The Rehab work is Exterior work - Lighting installations & replacements, window & door replacements, hardware replacement, Interior work: Lobby & Unit renovations - Drywall replacement & repair, interior painting, patching & refinishing hardwood flooring, replacement of lino tile flooring, appliance replacement & installations, exhaust fan installations in kitchens & bathrooms.
