SFMTA-2025-13-LOC Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Services for SFMTA Light Rail Vehicles and Buses
The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) is requesting bids from qualified Bidders which can provide all services, labor, materials, insecticides, tools, equipment, insurance, permits and licenses necessary to accomplish the IPM Services described in this IFB.
The SFMTA may award a contract to the Bidder that meets the Minimum Qualifications of this Solicitation (See Section V) and whose Bid is the Lowest Responsive Bid.
Bidders must provide documentation that clearly demonstrates that each Minimum Qualification have been met. Any Bid that does not meet the Minimum Qualifications will be deemed non-responsive. Responsive Bids will be evaluated based on the criteria outlined herein. If applicable, the SFMTA Contract Compliance Office (CCO) will assess Bid compliance with Local Business Enterprise (LBE) requirements and assign a Bid Discount to eligible Bids. The SFMTA encourages Bidders to attend an in-person Pre-Bid Conference on June 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM PT to be held at:

The SFMTA has scheduled a site visit to all eight SFMTA Facilities treatment locations for the prospective Bidders to see the different vehicles and their sizes/configurations, and review the site layout. Attendance at the site visit is MANDATORY for all Bidders. Bidders shall have a representative register, attend, and participate in the tour of vehicles conducted by the SFMTA.
The site visit will begin immediately after the Pre-Bid Conference. Bidders and SFMTA staff will proceed to visit the additional SFMTA facilities listed below, in the specified order to learn about each type of vehicle to be serviced 1.
