Responses to pre-bid site visit questions are also included along with attachment 4 and 5.

Enclosed is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Exterior Façade Repair for US Consulate General Karachi. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section J & K of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on Standard Form 1442 that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
The Consulate intends to conduct a pre-bid site visit on June 30th, 2026, at 11:00am (Pakistan standard time). Offerors interested in attending must e-mail: KRCprocurementContracting@state.gov below details on or before June 25th, 2026, 15:00Hrs.

Only two people from each firm may participate in the pre-proposal site visit. Following the site visit all relevant questions must be submitted no later than COB 1st July 2026
Quotations are due by July 15th, 2026, 15:00Hrs (Pakistan standard time). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted electronically to Krcprocurementcontracting@state.gov. It is important to make sure the submission is made in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format not to exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each.
