The Department of National Defence (DND) has directed Public Services and Procurement Canada, Environmental Services and Contaminated Sites Management (PSPC) to contract support services for wildlife emergency response and seasonal goose management at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Esquimalt and related properties (e.g. Dockyard, Naden, Work Point, Colwood, Albert Head, Rocky Point, Heals Range, as well as 443 Squadron at the Victoria Airport). Wildlife Management call-out activities will be required from date of contract award to March 31, 2027.
