DISCLAIMER: THIS IS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)


The primary purpose of this Delivery Order (DO) off the Enterprise-Wide-Agile Acquisition Contract (EWAAC) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) is to provide the F-15 Qatar Foreign Military Sales (FMS) System Program Office (SPO) with the integration of Autotest Software into the Digital Electronic Warfare System (DEWS) Mission Data File (MDF) for the F-15QA Fleet.


NOTE: Period of Performance will be updated during Contract Award. PoP as shown in attachments shall be used as a reference and subject to change.  


Please see the following Attachments for more details on the requirement and instructions. If you have any questions, please fill out Attachment 5- Questions and Answers Spreadsheet. Questions shall be submitted no later than (NLT) 1200 (12:00 P.M) hrs. Eastern Standard Time (EST.) 01 May 2026 EST . No further questions will be addressed on this project after this date.  Please notify the POCs respectively of submission. Questions will be consolidated and responses will be forwarded to all Contractors. 


NOTE: Only responses from vendors who are able to be awarded under the Enterprise-Wide Agile Aquisition Contract (EWAAC) MAC IDIQ are requested. Responses must be received in writing no later than (NLT) 1200 (12:00 P.M) hrs. Eastern Standard Time (EST.) 27 May 2026.



Late submissions may result in Offeror disqualification IAW FAR 15.208
