This notice is a modification of a previously synopsized announcement: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a requirement for qualified contractor(s) to provide on-call emergency response services for hazardous materials incidents to the BLM for the Northern and Southern sections of the State of California. The successful prime contractor(s) shall be licensed in the state of California to transport hazardous materials. All work must be in compliance with environmental laws for the protection of human health and the environment including Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and the Federal Facilities Compliance Act (FFCA). This is a 100 percent Total Small Business set aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 562910.
