The U.S. Government is seeking expression of interest for existing leased commercial warehouse and secured wareyard space. This notice is for market research and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a formal Request for Proposal (RFP).2.0 SPACE REQUIREMENTS. In making the determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that can potentially satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through necessary space alterations/tenant improvements, and telecommunication infrastructure.


Delineated Area: To be considered, the offered property must be located within the boundaries defined in the attached market survey map.


Warehouse Minimum SF (ABOA): 5,000 sq ft.


Warehouse Maximum SF (ABOA): 6,000 sq. ft.


Warehouse Overhead Doors: Minimum of two (2) drive- in doors with a minimum size of 12’x12’.


Space Type: Storage (primary)


Parking Spaces: 6


Secured fenced Wareyard Minimum sf: 39,000 sf


Secured fenced Wareyard Maximum sf: 45,000 sf


Leased Term: 20 Years


Firm Term: 15 Years
