This request for proposals, solicitation number 36C10F26Q0080, focuses on the long-term outlease and redevelopment of up to 15 buildings, including 11 historic and four non-historic structures. A critical requirement for a responsive proposal is the inclusion of Building 1, the Main Hospital Building.
