Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the Department of the Interior, National Park Service, Pacific West Region, Honolulu Major Acquisition Buying Office intends to issue a firm fixed price, sole source award to Jill Wagner for the monitoring of native outplants, including endangered species; training on seed collection for the Hawaii Island seed bank and park seeding programs; training for on-site propagation of wetland plants and outplanting of native plants; development of a planting plan for a wetlands restoration area; and the initiation and grow-out of 1100+ wetland plants of various species as determined by the plan at Kaloko-Honokohau National Historical Park. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for quote/proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capabilities and specifications.
