Full Description

U.S. Department of Energy, Southwestern Power Administration (Southwestern), intends to negotiate with and award a purchase order under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1), on a sole source basis to Arkansas Natural Resources Committee (ANRC), located in Little Rock, Arkansas, to collect and analyze dissolved oxygen data at the following hydropower reservoirs: Beaver, Table Rock, Bull Shoals, Norfork, and Greers Ferry. Applicable NAICS code is 924110. This unrestricted acquisition will be a multiple year contract. This notice is not a request for quotes or proposals. Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability to accommodate this requirement by e-mailing the Contract Specialist at contact@example.gov no later than 12:00 PM Central Time, April 12, 2013. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement at Southwestern?s sole discretion. This notice in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. Southwestern is not responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this Notice.
