The Environmental Protection Agency’s Land, Enforcement, and Air Division is seeking qualified laboratories through a solicitation for the Superfund Analytical Methods Contract Laboratory Program, identified as F–68HERL26R0005 Amendment 0004. This procurement, issued under FAR Part 15 contracting by negotiation procedures with supplements from FAR Part 12 for commercial services, supports the agency’s environmental remediation efforts by requiring high-quality analytical services for organic and inorganic contaminants across water, soil, sediment, and waste matrices. The contract streamlines reporting through flexible data deliverables, including simplified Complete Sample Delivery Group Files and reduced Electronic Data Deliverables such as SEDD Stage 2a or XFile text formats, while also ensuring full compliance with Method Detection Limits as defined in 40 CFR Part 136, Appendix B (Revision 2). This solicitation is designated as a Partial Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 541380 and is open to small businesses meeting set-aside criteria. Proposals must be submitted by June 4, 2026, and all responses will be evaluated under competitive negotiation procedures.
