Provide a broad range of restoration services on land and road right-of-ways administered by the Blue Mountain Province Forests, Umatilla, Wallowa-Whitman, and Malheur National Forests. Typical objectives for this service on any given site may include one or more of the following, but not limited to: soil and slope stabilization, noxious weed prevention, re-establishment of conifer tree cover, watershed protection, visual enhancement, site amelioration, aspen stand restoration, vegetation monitoring, and wildlife or livestock forage enhancement. Because the nature of restoration work is rapidly evolving, highly variable, and is dependent on numerous specific site characteristics and objectives, the government is providing only a Statement of Objectives. The offeror is expected to provide the Government with Performance Work Statements, describing the methods of meeting objectives. This solicitation will be posted electronically to FedBizOpps on or about July 28, 2003.
