This is an amendment to solicitation# 36C24726R0060. The amendment is to revise line items. see updated attachment.
To supply to the Nuclear Medicine (NM) Service of the Atlanta Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (ATL VA HCS), F18-FDG (fluorodeoxyglucose), F18-NaF (sodium fluoride), F18-Pylarify (Piflufolastat), CAIX targeted PET radiopharmaceutical, choline PET radiopharmaceuticals and F18-FET (Fluoro-Ethyl-Tyrosine). The contract shall be structured as a one-year contract with four (4) optional years. The vendor shall provide all labor, supervision, and transportation necessary to provide daily delivery to the NM Service, located in the Atlanta Veterans Affairs Medical Center (ATL VAMC), 1670 Clairmont Road, Decatur, GA 30033.
