DESCRIPTION The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza South, Bldg 804, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112 is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for F2XHE52202AC02. The required delivery date is: 90 Calendar days ADC. The "Draft" Statement of Objectives (SOO) is attached on the Federal Business Opportunities website under F2XHE52202AC02. The "Final" Statement of Requirements will be posted on or about 31 Aug 12. Item Number 0001: Eaker Center - Vendor to provide all equipment to ensure capability for all rooms as described in attached "Draft" SOO Appendix A, Quantity 1 each. Item Number 0002: Eaker Center - Vendor to provide all installation and implementation as described in attached "Draft" SOO Appendix A, Quantity 1 each. Item Number 0003: LeMay Center AFWGI Bldg 1406 Conf. room and Room 218 - Vendor to provide all equipment to ensure capability for all rooms as described in attached "Draft" SOO Appendix B, Quantity 1 each. Item Number 0004: LeMay Center AFWGI Bldg 1406 Conf. room and Room 218 - Vendor to provide all installation and implementation as described in attached "Draft" SOO Appendix B, Quantity 1 each. This will be a Firm-Fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334119 and the small business size is 1000 employees. The solicitation will be issued as Full and Open and made available on the FedBizOpps (FBO) website at http://www.fbo.gov, on or about 31 Aug 2012. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the lowest proposed price. Paper copies will not be available. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
