All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest by 2 PM EST on February 23, 2023. All bids submitted after 2 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PWGSC, on behalf of Canadian Coast Guard, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of 6 new exhaust gas silencers, 6 expansion joints and a total of 18 exhaust gas gaskets for the engine exhausts of the CCGS Des Groseilliers, including delivery to 101 boul. Champlain, Quebec City, Quebec, as detailed in Annex A.
