Project Title: F35 Bushing Tool Kit


The Contractor shall provide the 354th Maintenance Squadron (354 MXS) with ForceMate cold work bushing installation kit(s) to repair discrepant F-35 Integrated Power Package (IPP) aircraft mounts and outboard/inboard drop link bushings. This tooling is required to execute mandatory aircraft structural repairs and restore the airworthiness of the F-35 fleet in accordance with Joint Program Office (JPO) Action Request A-S136-20260423-042903649.


All offerors must ensure strict and absolute compliance with all specifications, quantities, terms, and conditions detailed in the attached documentation. This requirement is strictly for the exact specified items; substitute, aftermarket, or "or equal" products will not be evaluated or accepted under any circumstances. Furthermore, the scope of this contract is limited solely to the procurement and delivery of the specified materials. The Government will not require, nor evaluate any submissions including vendor-provided installation, integration, or training services.
