PWGSC, on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada, is issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for the acquisition of services of Heat pump upgrades to meet standards of the halocarbon regulation. Replace the gas R-22 by a different refrigerant compliant with current halocarbon regulations and change the parts necessary to the conversion, including a rapid after-sale maintenance services for the warranty requested period, located in Mont-Joli, Québec, Canada, as detailed in Annex A.
