Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Fisheries and Oceans Canada is issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for the deployment of infrastructure for a new network of video surveillance cameras, the deployment of new conduits and cabling (optical fiber), the construction of a server room (recording room) with armored partition, modifications to ventilation for the new premises, modifications to electricity and lighting, modifications to the fire detection and alarm system, modifications to the sprinkler network, as well as the partial dismantling of the existing video surveillance system infrastructure.
The installation of video surveillance equipment (cameras and mounting accessories, secure cabinets, network switches, UPS, recorders and viewing stations), programming and dismantling of the existing system (cameras and mounting accessories) will be carried out by the authorized supplier of the Ministry : ADSS. The construction documents detail the exact limits of the work carried out by Third Parties. Located in Québec, Québec, Canada, as detailed in Annex A.
