Full Description

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number F6839-225510/A dated September 26, 2022 with a closing of October 11, 2022 at 2:00 PM NDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for an Access Road and Parking Area at the VHF Radio Site in Burgeo, Newfoundland and Labrador. The work of this contract consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material required to facilitate the installation of a new access road and laydown area at the VHF radio site in Burgeo, NL. The work under this contract consists of but is not necessarily limited to: 1. Construction of one (1) 300m access road, and one (1) 50m x 43m laydown area. 2. Site preparation, including site grading; services, etc. The estimated value for this opportunity is in the range of $ 500,001 to $ 1,000,000. Delivery Date is (6) weeks after award of contract. Bid Security is a requirement for this tender. This is the Phase 2 solicitation following an Invitation to Qualify. Only qualified suppliers have been invited to bid.
