Security protocols require contractors to notify VA Police upon arrival and to wear both a government-issued temporary badge and a company-issued badge visibly on the upper torso while on-site; no access to VA information systems is permitted. Packaging, labeling, and preservation standards are not formally specified beyond the need to comply with EPA and OSHA during transport and disposal, and no formal evaluation factors, pricing structure, or award mechanism is indicated as this is not a solicitation for proposals but a preliminary effort to assess market capabilities.
