The contract has a minimum order quantity of 60 units and a maximum of 100 units over the ordering period, with an initial baseline requirement of 80 units delivered at a rate of 20 units every 60 days. The work involves complete remanufacturing processes including disassembly, cleaning, inspection, maintenance, reassembly, testing, and finishing to return each pump to a like-new condition, following strict technical specifications and compliance with applicable standards such as MIL-STD-130 for marking and MIL-STD-2073-1 for packaging. All items must be permanently marked with the contractor’s CAGE code, date of remanufacture, NSN, and FSCM, and shipped FOB origin. The contract includes provisions for surge capacity, requires a Capability Analysis Plan to be submitted within 30 days of award, and mandates rigorous quality assurance through DCMA inspections at the remanufacture site in S Coffeyville, Oklahoma, with defect-free delivery as a non-negotiable acceptance criterion. Foreign ownership, control, or influence is tightly restricted, and any foreign participation requires prior approval via a National Interest Determination.
