MAXIMO: CRNTXR EBS# 10553711 REQUIRE DESIGN/BID/BUILD FUNDS: The Above Ground Storage Tanks (AST) 2109F, 2109G & 2109H at NAS Jacksonville require Product Saver tanks in accordance with Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) -3-460-01 Design: Petroleum Fuel Facilities. Install product saver tanks with electric pump(s) adjacent to vertical JP-5 bulk storage tanks 2109F, 2109G & 2109H that store aviation turbine fuel for the purpose of water removal from tank(s) bottom sump. Connect product saver tank, electric pump to current AST(s) water draw off valve(s) and pipelines. Install new stainless steel piping to utilize product saver tanks electric pump to transfer fuel to AST(s) Scully HLV/HHLV sensors/float assembly, return to product saver/AST and with capabilities to transfer water to a wastewater collection tank. Impact if project not approved will result in the continued loss of fuel when the tanks checked for water using the water draw off pipeline system as the fuel cannot be easily returned to the tank.
