The Embassy of the United States in Argentina will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.


The requirement is to provide labor and materials for safely removing the specified artwork from walls, storing these items properly in crates per level and keeping them in storage during the time required by the embassy in the company’s facilities. Transportation of these items in groups returning to the embassy and installing the hanging system and paintings as indicated.


Evidence that the offeror/quoter (or its local associate) operates an established business with a permanent address Buenos Aires – Argentina is required to submit a quote.


All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.


The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.


All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
