This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Employment and Social Development Canada for Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) under the TSPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply. This procurement is conditionally set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business.
