Facilitation services for the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (IAAC) to support the Indigenous Advisory Committee (IAC).

The Impact Assessment Agency of Canada is seeking bilingual English-French facilitation services with specialized expertise in Indigenous rights, interests, and circumstances to support its Indigenous Advisory Committee. The selected vendor will be responsible for facilitating committee meetings, drafting advisory input from Indigenous representatives, and refining that advice into polished, final reports for submission to the Agency’s president. Strong familiarity with the unique legal, cultural, and historicalcontexts of First Nations, Métis, and Inuit communities in Canada is essential, as is proven experience in policy writing and Indigenous engagement. The requirement is open to a list of 15 pre-qualified service providers, including several joint ventures, who have been invited to submit proposals under solicitation number IAAC – RFP – TSPS Indigenous Facilitation – 2026-06-26. Proposals must be submitted by July 15, 2026, and the work will primarily be performed within Canada’s National Capital Region, with the expectation of national reach and collaboration.
