RETURN BIDS TO: RCMP / GRC Procurement & Contracting services c/o Commissionaires, F Division 6101 Dewdney Avenue Regina, SK S4P 3K7 Solicitation Closes –L’invitation prend fin at - à 2:00 pm Central Standard Time on - le 04 April 2025 Description: Construction of a new wood framed facility building in the community of Lutselk’e, North West Territories. Lutselk'e is located on the eastern arm of Great Slave Lake, approximately 190 km east of Yellowknife. Building area is 378m2, building is single storey with crawlspace, and includes a garage bay with ramp. Project scope includes all aspects of building construction including but not limited to: site clearing/preparation, triodetic foundation, structural framing, mechanical, electrical (with backup generator), exterior/interior finishing, doors/windows, and millwork. Construction materials are to be delivered to project site via barge (NWT Marine Transportation Services or charter). There is a security requirement associated with the requirement. Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation. Canada will make available Notices of Proposed Procurement (NPP), bid solicitations and related documents for download through the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS) at https://canadabuys.canada.ca/en/tender-opportunities . Canada is not responsible and will not assume any liabilities whatsoever for the information found on websites of third parties. In the event an NPP, bid solicitation or related documentation would be amended, Canada will not be sending notifications. Canada will post all amendments, including significant enquiries received and their replies, using GETS. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to regularly consult GETS for the most up-to-date information. Canada will not be liable for any oversight on the Bidder's part nor for notification services offered by a third party.
