Provide professional engineering and facility condition assessments (FCA) services to measure the current condition and functionality of buildings and infrastructure for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) Training Delivery Points (TDPs). The contractor will analyze the results of the assessments using Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence tools and make recommendations on facility management, capital planning, preventive and predictive maintenance and other enterprise Real Property decisions.
