Facility Water Testing & Treatment Services

The City of Orillia is soliciting proposals for solicitation number 2026-041-EIS-AMM to secure a qualified service provider for comprehensive HVAC&R water treatment, testing, monitoring, and related technical services. The scope of work encompasses HVAC&R units, refrigeration cooling towers, condensers, and related equipment across various city facilities. The selected contractor will act as a subject matter expert responsible for providing all labor, materials, chemicals, and expertise to develop and implement a water treatment program, including a specific Legionella Control Program. The contract mandates strict adherence to chemical labeling legislation, the Buy Ontario Act (Public Sector Procurement) 2025, and Ontario accessibility standards. Deliverables are provided F.O.B. Destination, Freight Prepaid, and the vendor is responsible for the removal and disposal of all waste materials. Payment is processed via City Purchasing Card or direct deposit with standard NET 30 terms.
