This special notice, or sources sought notice, is changed to a combined synopsis/ solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) # SP4510-14-Q-1014. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. This RFQ is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. The NAICS code is 811219 with a size standard of $20.5 million.
