The City of Davenport, Iowa invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for the Fairmount Library Audio-Visual Equipment Services. The Davenport Public Library (DPL) seeks a solution that will standardize use and support of the Audio-Visual needs in three separate rooms.

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 25, 2024 at 9:30am CST located at the Fairmount Library, 3000 N Fairmount Street, Davenport, Iowa. This will be a time to visit the location, address any questions or concerns, and discuss the City’s expectations.
