Falcon Academy of Science and Technology Multipurpose Building and Classroom Buildings Project

The Brea-Olinda Unified School District is forecasting a construction project at the Falcon Academy of Science and Technology in Brea, California. The scope of work involves the demolition of an existing kitchen and restroom facility to be replaced by a 9,623-square-foot Multipurpose Building featuring a kitchen and a 2,000-square-foot lunch canopy. Additionally, five existing modular classrooms will be demolished and replaced with five new 960-square-foot modular units, each equipped with its own restroom. Site improvements include the installation of a new 31-stall parking lot to the north, new asphalt paving surrounding the Multipurpose Building, and various landscaping, softscaping, trees, and light poles. Construction is expected to occur between June 2027 and July 2028. Richard Champion, the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services, serves as the primary point of contact for this project.
