Sealed Proposals will be received by the Township of Shaler, through PennBid until 2:00 PM prevailing time on June 24, 2026, for the following project:
FALL RUN PARK IMPROVEMENTS
Contract No. 1 – General Construction This project involves construction of site improvements at Fall Run Park including, but not limited to, site mobilization and demobilization; clearing and grubbing; existing site feature demolition and protection; unclassified bulk excavation; erosion and sediment control measures; installation of bituminous pavement and curbs, concrete pavement, aggregate walking trails, line striping, and ADA pavement markings and signage; concrete foundation construction; pre-engineered pavilion construction; coordination of the placement of the Owner-supplied prefabricated bathroom facility; and site preparation as well as all associated site restoration, to be completed in place.
Contract No. 2 – Electrical Construction This project involves electrical construction associated with the site improvements at Fall Run Park including, but is not limited to, connection to existing electrical transformer; installation of PVC conduit and nylon pull rope including trenching and backfill; installation of electrical service wire and junction boxes; and preparation of electric for placement of the pre-fabricated bathroom facility and pavilion, completed in place.
Contract No. 3 – Plumbing Construction This project involves plumbing construction associated with the site improvements at Fall Run Park including, but not limited to, the connection to existing sanitary sewer manhole; installation of sanitary sewer lateral; clean out; fresh air vent; connection to existing water line; installation of cooper water service line; preparation and connections of sewer and water for the new pre-fabricated bathroom facility; plumbing construction associated with the new bathroom facility; and all trenching and backfill required to complete the work, complete in place.
Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates are required to be paid on this project.
