QUESTIONS NEED TO BE DUBMITTED BY 05:00 PM (ROME TIME) ON THURSDAY 20 jULY 2023. a) RFQ is hereby being synopsis at this time see attached document The Government is posting this RFQ W58D2M-23-P-0008 via FedBizOpps only. b) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in the RFQ W58D2M-23-Q-0008 . The Government anticipates the award being a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this project is 624190 - Other Individual and Family Services. c) Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide training in family violence prevention and identification, and assist in teaching Family Advocacy Program (FAP) required classes. The contractor also has the responsibility for compiling data, coordinating marketing of FAP educational resources and community events, scheduling FAP training for the military personnel, DOD civilians and their family members in the United States Army Garrison Italy Military Community, as well as maintaining FAP records IAW AR 608-18 and AR 25-50. Services shall be performed in support of military personnel, family members, and Department of Defense (DOD) civilians and their family members in the USAG Italy- Camp Darby - Livorno Military Community.
