The proposed action is set-aside for Total 100% Small Business concerns. The best suited NAICS and PSC identified for this requirement are NAICS 314910 Textile Bag and Canvas Mills and PSC 8340 Textiles, Clothing & Equipage. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in SAM.
