The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Fighter & Advanced Aircraft Directorate, F?15 Division (AFLCMC/WAQ) Wright Patterson AFB, OH, intends to award a sole source contract to COLLINS ELBIT VISION SYSTEMS, LLC, 4700 Marine Creek Parkway, Fort Worth, Texas 76179-3505, United States, Cage: 6VSE4, to provide Fast Characterization Tool (FaCT) Repair and Upgrade as outlined in the attached PWS, NSN: 4920-01-571-1970. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Commercial Contract. The statutory authority which permits sole source for this acquisition is 41 United States Code (USC) 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This authority is supported by an approved FAR Part 13 Single Source Justification. It is the Government's intent to proceed with this sole-source action. The applicable NAICS code is 334511. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J059. The size standard as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is 1250 employees. The anticipated award date is 16 Sep 2023.
