Full Description

Notice of 100% Set-Aside Small Business Concerns This project consists of providing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment and incidentals to complete the project of work in the solicitation and the resulting contract. This project will consist of sawcut and asphalt removal, excavation work, and installation of one new government furnished toilet to be installed at Fay Canyon Trailhead. The work will include site excavation, toilet installation, backfill and compaction. This will include the removal and proper disposal of all unsuitable materials off National Forest lands. Project Location: This project is located as follows: Fay Canyon Trailhead is located about 33 miles south of Flagstaff (2.5 miles west of Sedona) in scenic Red Rock Country on roads that are paved. Elevation is 4500 feet. Access: Drive 27 miles south from Flagstaff to Sedona on US 89A. Continue through Sedona to Dry Creek Road (152C) at the west end of town. Turn north three miles to the Boynton Pass, continue 1.6 miles and turn left at E Boynton Pass Rd, about a half mile to the Fay Canyon parking area on the left. Contract time is 30 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated project start date is August 1, 2015. Bids are due July 15, 2015. Magnitude of this project is less than $25,000.00. NAICS Code 238910 applies. Small Business Size Standard is $15 million. Project is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS
