Attached is a Request For Quotation (RFQ), RFQP01061600002 for the 2ND Quarter FY 2016 Food Requirement for EGGS at the Federal Correctional Complex Butner, NC. This solicitation closes on DECEMBER 2, 2015 at 2:00 P.M., Eastern Time. This cover letter is intended to provide information regarding the submission of a bid. All deliveries will be counted for verification and signed for by an authorized representative of the government. Contractor must provide a means for electronic payment to include bank routing and account number for all awards over $30,000.00. Payment will be made in accordance with the Prompt Payment Act. You must accept Credit Cards as a method of payment for any award less than $30,000.00.
