FCC BUTNER - BUT INTERIOR REPAIRS - FLOORING SYSTEM

The contract is for the complete installation of a high-performance resinous flooring system within designated kitchen and food service areas at the Federal Correctional Institution in Butner, North Carolina, under Solicitation Number 15B10626Q00000017. The work includes approximately 4,200 square feet in the FCI I Food Service Kitchen Area, 7,800 square feet in the LSCI Food Service Kitchen Area, and 220 square feet in the FCI II kettle area, featuring a seamless, durable, chemical-resistant, and thermally stable textured urethane urea mortar system with an integrated cove base that must be non-porous, seam-free, and compliant with NFPA, UL, and NEC standards. The contract is a Firm Fixed Price award under a Total Small Business Set-Aside, restricted to small businesses certified in SAM under NAICS code 238330 with a size standard of $19.0 million.
