The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correction Institution, Fairton, New Jersey, intends to issue solicitation RFQP02041500004 for the requirement of large Grade (A) Eggs for one year after award of contract, April 01, 2015 thru March 31, 2016. This will be a requirements type contract and funds shall be obligated by individual delivery order and not by the contract itself. The quantities are estimates only for the benefit of the offer for, and in no way is to be construed as precise requirement, nor constitute a BOP guarantee. Offers will be FOB destination (no fuel surcharges will be accepted) with delivery April 01. 2015 through March 31. 2016. Any items shipped prior or after will be returned at vendors expense. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 655 Fairton-Millville Road, Fairton, New Jersey 08320, in accordance with the delivery schedule contained in the solicitation. The contract type will be a firm and fixed price but based on Unrner Barry Weekly Large Egg Market Report. The Government will award to the responsible offer(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government.
