FDIC Acquisition System Next Generation (AS-NG)

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is seeking a contractor to deliver the Acquisition System Next Generation (AS-NG), an enterprise-level acquisition lifecycle solution built on Appian’s Government Acquisition Management Suite (GAMS), comprising three integrated modules: Contract Writing, Award Management, and Requirements Management. The solution must be secure, end-to-end, and accessible via both mobile and desktop platforms, with continuous delivery of shippable code, test artifacts, and documentation aligned with Agile sprints and releases. Performance is primarily off-site at the contractor’s facility, though on-site training may occur at FDIC offices in Arlington, Virginia, or Dallas, Texas, with authorized users located nationwide. The contract employs Firm Fixed Price (FFP) CLINs structured by team size—six FTEs for Discovery and Contract Writing, four FTEs for Award Management, and one FTE for Requirements Management—with payments tied to successful completion of performance events. The estimated contract value is not specified, but total FDIC compensation is capped, and Travel costs are reimbursed under FDIC guidelines.
