Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College (ABTCC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide in- person, instructor-led FEMA certification training. ABTCC shall have the option to cancel any class due to low enrollment within 14 calendar days of the scheduled class resulting in no charge to ABTCC.
