Fence Conversion/Replacement to Wildlife Friendly Fencing

The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department (Procuring Agency) will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. MT on March 7, 2025 for the Mule Creek Ranch Wildlife Hunter Management Area (WHMA) fencing conversion/replacement project located north of Rock River, Wyoming. Project Description: The project will consist of removing existing fence and replacing with wildlife friendly fencing of approximately 10 miles at the Mule Creek Ranch Wildlife Habitat Management Area located north of Rock River, Wyoming. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at https://www.publicpurchase.com/gems/wyoconstruction,wy/buyer/public/home for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 1:00 p.m. MT on February 24, 2025. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 1:00 p.m. MT on February 28, 2025. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on February 24, 2025, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. If a bid is greater than $150,000 , each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 1:00 p.m. March 7, 2025. A COPY OF THE 10% CASHIER CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you are using Surety 2000, you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document.
