Fence Conversion/Replacement to Wildlife Friendly Fencing

The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department (Procuring Agency) will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. MT on June 20, 2024 for the Red Canyon Wildlife Habitat Management Area (WHMA) fencing conversion/replacement to wildlife friendly fence project lcoated in south of Lander, Wyoming. Project Description: The project will consist of constructing a wildlife friendly fence of approximately 6,600 feet at the Red Canyon WHMA located 16 miles south of Lander on Hwy 28. A MANDATORY site visit will occur on Thursday, May 30, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. at the Red Canyon Wildlife Habitat Management Area located 16 miles south of Lander, Wyoming on Hwy 28. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at https://www.publicpurchase.com/gems/wyoconstruction,wy/buyer/public/home for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 1:00 p.m. MT on June 6, 2024. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 1:00 p.m. MT on June 13, 2024. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on June 6, 2024, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. If a bid is greater than $150,000 , each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 1:00 p.m. June 20, 2024 .
