It is anticipated that this RFP will result in multiple contract awards to the responsive and responsible offerors who reach a score threshold of a minimum of 80 points will be eligible to be awarded a contract. Award of the contract does not guarantee the use or purchase of awarded vendors' products or services. A best value assessment may take place to determine which/when vendors' products or services will be used. This assessment can include but is not limited to budget, cost, individual school preference, district preference, and compatibility.

The closing date and time for this sourcing event is Tuesday, October, 6, 2026, @ 2:00 PM Mountain Time. It is your responsibility to make sure you submit your response by the date and time indicated above.
Length of the Contract
The contract resulting from this RFP will be for a maximum of five (5) years. In the event the District is dissolved or reconfigured, the awarded vendor shall honor the pricing provided to the District and allow any newly formed districts resulting from such dissolution or reconfiguration (“New Districts”) the opportunity to enter into an agreement with the awarded vendor under the same terms (including pricing) and for the same duration as are set forth in this contract. It is anticipated that Alpine School District will be reconfigured, effective July 1, 2027, into three separate Districts called Aspen Peaks, Timpanogos, and Lake Mountain School Districts.
