FHCC Building 1: Downspouts and Drain Receptors PROBLEM STATEMENT: Several downspouts are missing and all drain receptors are clogged and immediately overflow. VA shops attempted to clear the drains and were unable to do so. LOCATION: VA Campus Building 1 APPROX. SIZE/AREA: See attached photos and floorplan PROPOSED SOLUTION: Replace missing downspouts with like in kind. Clear all drain receptors and ensure that they are properly draining to storm sewer line. JUSTIFICATION: VA has executed major construction to tuckpoint and replace windows to building 1. Goal is to mitigate all sources of water infiltration prior to complete interior renovation. FUNDING SOURCE/WHEN TO FUND: Customer/FY25 EV Comments: No comments. APM Comments: No issues, approved. RPM Comments: Approved. CRM Comments: Project not reviewed. FHCC is responsible for NHPA compliance for projects on their own land.
